So comfy, friendly and relaxing.

Amazing rooftop balcony! The breakfast was varied and tasty and made so amazing by the view over the church. That was the best part of my stay! Great wifi, beds in the dorm, location and AC! So clean and comfy. They checked me in at 5am as well without problems!

Not much social space other than reception or the rooftop. Organised beer crawl or dinner events would be really nice and helpful to create a vibe

helpful staff and delicious rooftop breakfast buffet

i have lived in this hostel for two months becouse there is free breakfast buffet on the rooftop, you can enjoy the beautiful view while you are having your nice breakfast.Besides, i feel comfortable living here because the hostel has daily cleaning. Also,i have found that staff there are really helpful,especially the girl called Rosie.One night i was bitten by bed bugs brought by other traveller,i felt very itchy and couldn't sleep,then i went down to the reception,Rosie was there and she expressed her sympathy for my suffering.She quickly arranged new room for me and help me pack and wash my belongings like clothes and backpack which may have bed bugs inside.Rosie handled that incidence very well and responsed quickly.Here I would like to express my sincere thank to her :)

Fantastic to have a very big room and at the same time with...

Fantastic to have a very big room and at the same time with your intimate place, and fantastic to have a great wall window on the very beautiful square outside, in the very centre...Hostel very big, as a big hotel, and very organized, with also a comfortably bar inside , with nice view outside...Useful for relax but also to work or to plan, if you need.... Another wonderful thing was the buffet breakfast: so rich , plentiful and miscellaneous and, moreover, to stay in a terrace to eat it, and with a wide view on the square and on the church.It was always the best relaxing start for my day! Staff always available and kind!

Cheap and good location but not very clean and quite smelly

Friendly staff. Great rooftop bar with reasonable prices and free beer at 7. Location was good - south part of old quarter.

(private room) AC took quite a few hours to work - couldn't sleep until 4am first night. Rooms were quite smelly. Shared bathrooms didn't look clean and smelled. 5am bells from cathedral woke us.

The view from the rooftop was great, the hostel is well located in the old quarter, the staff was super nice and helpful, the breakfast was big enough to fill you up for the whole day

Everything are clean. Big breakfast . Free beer. Nice rooftop. Good location. Friendly staff.

Small bed, dont have curtains, big and hard pillow. No water refilling.

Giá cả phải chăng với địa điểm đẹp, với giá này thì không thể đòi hỏi gì hơn.

Cái này không biết là lỗi của ai, tuy nhiên giưã booking và nhà nghỉ nên thống nhất trước giá cả khách hàng đã chốt nó có ý nghĩa gì. Trường hợp của mình là mình book được giá rẻ cho chỗ tốt tuy nhiên nhà nghỉ không biết giá đó đã được discound nên đưa cho mình chỗ không tốt tương ứng cái giá đó nên việc giải thích và đổi chỗ có phần gây mất thời gian của 2 bên khách hàng và nhà nghỉ.

Nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình, mặc dù đông khách nhưng vẫn không mất thái độ chuyên nghiệp khi đón tiếp khách. Chỗ nghỉ cũng sạch sẽ, mát mẻ. Cái em thích nhất là dù phòng nào cũng có điều hoà vù vù cả ngày rồi nhưng mỗi chỗ nằm đều lắp thêm một cái quạt nữa ( ´▽` )ﾉ mát đến hết muốn ra ngoài đi chơi luôn. Phòng tắm cũng vừa đủ tiện, hệ thống nước nóng hay sữa tắm dầu gội đều có đủ hết :))) View trên tầng ăn sáng cũng rất đẹp, nhân viên cũng chịu khó đi tiếp chuyện với khách Đặc biệt là anh Thiện, nhiệt tình review cho nhà nghỉ lắm. Nên nếu lần tới có về Hà Nội một lần nữa, em hi vọng lại được đến đây nghỉ ngơi.

:'< wifi hình như không vào tới phòng 502. Mạng chập chờn lắm luôn í. Với cả nếu có thể thì thay loại gối ở phòng nữ được hong... tụi em là con gái, gối như vậy thì hơi cao với có chút cứng...

. đêm tha hồ nghe chuông nhà thờ khó ngủ, và tiếng ồn ngoài đường cũng to . phòng riêng nhưng ko có toilet chỉ có tắm . phòng toilet chung không sạch lắm . giá 375k 1 phòng riêng cũng ko rẻ lắm . tivi không dùng được , cable hỏng . phục vụ phòng tự ý khóa cửa phòng lấy chìa khóa dù mình vẫn trong phòng, quên chìa cắm ở ngoài, tự ý vào dọn phòng (dù ko yêu cầu) và khi đi không khóa phòng

Hotel nằm ở vị trí rất tốt, phòng ở rất sạch sẽ

Hotel nằm ở vị trí rất tốt, phòng ở rất sạch sẽ Nhân viên cũng khá nhiệt tình, nhất là bạn Thiện quầy bar

Không linh động giờ giấc khi khách đến sớm. Khách chờ đến 12h trưa để check in, thì bảo là 14h check vì khách đặt phòng 20ng nên ko có phòng sạch cho mình. Mình nghĩ mấy bạn cho thể thương lượng lại vs khách để đưa ra option tốt hơn thay vì bắt khách ngồi chờ.

Phòng dơ , cũ hôi , tối . Nhân viên charge 2% khi kh dùng thẻ mà thẻ đó là thẻ debit ATM nội địa . Kh yêu cầu gọi taxi thì ko trả lời ... Hình ảnh phòng khác hoàn toàn so với mô tả và review... Mình đặt để nghỉ chân để nằm nghỉ đi Ga Lên Sapa nhưng vừa bươc vào phòng đã ko tin vào mắt mình , dơ tối và đầy mùi , mọi thứ lộn xộn như một sự hỗn độn mình chỉ gửi hành lý rồi đi ra ngoài chứ ko thể nào ở nổi đến 10 phút .. không bao giờ quay lại

1 tuần ở HN khi lựa chọn Chien Hostel ko sai thiệt. Nhân viên rất là friendly, nhiệt tình. Phòng ốc thì rất là clean và comfortable. Và điều thích nhất chính là view nhìn ra nhà thờ, địa điểm thì rất thuận tiện và yên tĩnh. Hy vọng có dịp ra Hà Nội chơi nữa sẽ chọn Chien làm nơi nghỉ ngơi.

Value for money

Cạnh nhà thờ, tầm nhìn từ phòng ra rất đẹp, đặc biệt là phòng tầng 2. Giá rẻ: 85k/ giường, phòng sạch sẽ, ấm cúng, có rèm riêng. Có nước nóng để tắm. Miễn phí nước uống lúc check in, miễn phí 1 bia trong khung giờ cố định, miễn phí ăn sáng. Mỗi phòng có khóa từ an toàn, nhưng không có khóa tủ riêng, cần liên hệ lễ tân. Free welcome drink, free breakfast, free beer at limited time.

Không có cách âm phòng. Mọi tiếng động ở ngoài đều nghe rõ. Nhất là cạnh nhà thờ, sáng sớm sẽ có tiếng chuông lễ. 2 Nhà vệ sinh và 3 nhà tắm rời tầng 4 khá tệ: nhà vệ sinh thì cửa kính, nhìn xuyên thấu từ ngoài vào; vòi nước xả ở bồn rửa trong nhà tắm thò bị rò, nước tràn ra sàn. Nên bỏ qua mấy phòng này, chọn nhà tắm kiêm vệ sinh ở cầu thang lửng, sạch sẽ, kín đáo hơn.

Trên cả tuyệt vời!!!

Lúc đầu, mình chỉ dự định ở đây 6 đêm. Sau đó, vì mê quá nên mình book ở thêm 7 đêm nữa :))) Khác với những chỗ trước đó mình đã từng ở HN. Ở đây vừa có view đẹp bên hông Nhà Thờ Lớn vừa ít ồn ào hơn so vs những chỗ trc đó mình ở bên trong phố cổ. Đồ ăn sáng ngon vs có nhìu thay đổi mỗi ngày nên k ngấy. Thích nhất là khu toilet vs nhà tắm hoành tráng, vừa rộng thoáng, vừa nhìu phòng nên k sợ bị tắc. Các bạn nhân viên cũng rất nhiệt tình & niềm nở dù là khách quốc tế hay nội địa. Nếu quá buồn chán ở HN, bạn có thể ra bàn Tour & đặt vé đi chơi các tỉnh khác vs một cái giá phải chăng cùng sự tư vấn nhiệt tình nhé. ;) (đợt ni ra đi được thêm Vịnh Hạ Long thik là thế). Tóm lại, ở Chiến có đầy đủ những thứ mình cần ở 1 Nhà Trọ đầy đủ tiện nghi và chăc chắn sẽ lại ở đây khi lần sau ra HN. Thanks!!!

Very good location

Amazing location, the rooftop bar is super nice with views of the cathedral. The staff, especially Rosie, were super nice. Good place to meet people if you travel solo. Free beer from 7 to 7:30!! Very nice breakfast!

The 20 bedroom dorms are not that great, no curtains for privacy. The bathrooms could be cleaner but they are alright. The rooftop bar closes at midnight or a bit before even so after that there is no place to hang out :( Also the breakfast ends at 9:30 which is a bit early

The best Hostel in Ha Nội

Very nice hostel to stay, the price is really good with the room quality. The room really clean, the bed is comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful, Thiện working at the bar, he was amazing, very nice talked with him, he help me alot to get some idia to visit in ha nội. Thank you so much for the great time in there.

The location is good, view from rooftop really nice. Awesome breakfast and restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.
